I was thinking about buying a new 2019 iPad Air but after doing some research online I started looking at used 2017 iPad Pros. At first I was very skeptical about buying such an expensive refurbished iPad, but then I hurried and am very glad I did. Cosmetic condition: impeccable. There are no scratches on the back, screen or sides. Looks almost new. I put a black panther skin on it for grip and scratch protection and it looks amazing! Also a smart folio cover to protect your screen. That's all he needs. It comes with a third-party charger instead of the original charger. Also, it's a 5W charger, so it's very slow. If you need faster charging speed, I recommend buying the original charger or third-party chargers with higher capacity. Working condition: excellent. As expected. This iPad is very fast. Even though the models are 2 years old, the processor is fast enough to handle all the apps and games I run. Almost certainly fast enough for general media consumption, gaming and browsing. The screen is great. The 120Hz refresh rate and HDR support are the main reasons I decided to buy it over the new Air. The speakers have excellent sound quality and are loud enough to watch any content. Another big reason I chose the Pro over the new Air. The cameras are suitable for video calls and have decent image quality for still images. However, don't expect too much. Your phone has a much better camera than this one. Battery life: average. It's not the 10-hour lifespan that Apple claims when it's new, but to be expected since it's not that new. I still manage to make good use of it without having to charge it very often. That would be the only downside to buying a refurbished/used iPad (or any phone or tablet in general) - OS: It came with ios11 and I upgraded it to ios12 straight away. Multitasking works great and other updates work really well too. No delays. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone who wants a more powerful iPad but doesn't want to spend more than $800 on the latest Pro model.
