When I found this product on Revain I was expecting the same quality as Artika or other products from the company because all these LED pendants looked very luxurious. I have installed the Artika product before, but I need a lighter one. When the packaging box was received, it was much lighter than the company's other products. I was disappointed because it only contained styrofoam, a plastic bag, no branded packaging, just a sheet of paper for the installation sketch, not even matching the product. The ground wire and the black/with wire are in two different places, but they are too short even without a hook and cannot be installed by yourself. If a product was used with the wrong mount, this can be explained. current quality. For other customers: check the home warehouse or the low prices, then you can see similar led pendants there. They all look so luxurious and totally different from this product even at the same price. In my suggestion to this company: 1) Check the American standard mounting bracket hole. 2) spent some extra money on the manual 3) protected the shiny metal 4) trying to make a company magazine and standard packaging 5) please do more research on your product, I'm disappointed and will be returning.
