I bought this for my mom who was having hip surgery. While it did the trick getting her up and out of the seat, she has complained that the seat itself isn’t comfortable and that you can feel the metal frame through the cushions. I just gave it a try and she is correct. The cushion also slants downward to the right which throws your body off balance. I gave it a 3 because the material is soft and the motor it functioning well. I’m going to check to see if it can be returned as she is not comfortable sitting in it. If not, I guess we will buy a separate seat cushion.
