So I read all the reviews and some of them said I can get a Blink sketch to boot with the ESP 8266 but not Blink. Selecting ESP 8285 returns the following error and does not load the sketch: Arduino: 1.8.2 (Windows 10), Board"Generic ESP8285 Module, 80MHz, Flash, nodemcu, 26MHz, 1M (no SPIFFS) , 2 , v2 Low memory , disabled, no, sketch only, 115200 "The esp8285 board (esp8266 platform, esp8266 package) is unknown. Compilation errors for ESP8285 Universal Board Module. Settings. At the moment they are unusable for me.
