Review on 🚚 Universal White Truck Bed Cargo LED Lighting Kit by LEDGlow - 8pc Waterproof Pod Lights Mount beneath Bed Rails - Includes On/Off Toggle Power Switch by Kyle Ahmed

I bought these to use as docking lights for my retractable camper. Basically I can see the ground on the sides when backing up at night. I'm surprised how bright they are. Of course it could be brighter, but not by much. I would equate them to a good wide projection LED flashlight. 3M mounting tape seems very durable. As many as I've seen with foam mounts. The instructions also mention the use of a 3M adhesion promoter. If I saw it in the description I would buy it just because of the space there. The water resistance seems to be better than average. It only takes about a season to tell me how well they'll hold up, but I'm optimistic about them. I didn't use the switch that came with it as I needed a waterproof outdoor switch, but the instructions for connecting to the three pins of the switch were sorely lacking. I got lucky and got it right the first time I guess :-) But I had to watch a YouTube video to find out. The instructions also mention a built in 5A fuse/fuse holder which is not included. I will add one soon. Basically, I'm happy with the quality so far. As far as I remember I will continue this after towing in wet weather and time. Update 08/17/2015 1 year later still as great as when I bought it. My RV is stored outside and uncovered but no leaks, fading or signs of being dropped. Couldn't be happier with the purchase. We call the picture "UFO Puppy".
