Since the machine is for a beard, the width of the blades is not enough to shave the head, but the purchased Phillips head clipper turned out to be so worse that they used Panasonic exclusively. With a general 100% performance of the machine, after 5 years the power button stopped fixing, I think this is an excusable breakdown for a machine that has honestly cut 3 people for so many years.
