One worked. If you don't have good customer service
The first cartridge worked perfectly. The second not. No matter how many times I ran the cleaning programs on my printer, I could not get a clear image. However, the seller contacted me via email and asked if I liked the product. When I told him about my problem, he immediately offered to send me a new one for free. If it doesn't work, he refunds my money. This is good customer service and this is the first time the seller has received an email from the seller immediately after purchasing Revain.
