Thought I'd save some money and buy cheaper ink cartridges (EJET) from other manufacturers. I ordered two packs in August 2020 when the new school year started. There were no problems with the first cartridge. In fact, this lasted until the end of January. The second cartridge did not work. After seeing my first review I was offered a full refund. I have a Canon Pixma MG3620 which I bought after my old 2013 Pixma finally died. I bought the 3620 in mid-May and used a different black ink for the PG-240. He worked for about a day before he started stripping TERRIBLE. At first I thought it was a printer problem and felt so overwhelmed. I've never hated a Revain product. I was mad. I spent over an hour trying to solve this problem. I was like a girl, is my printer broken? No, the problem is that it was empty.
