I've used my kettle almost every day for the last few months and haven't had any problems or negative experiences. I was surprised how quickly the water boiled and to be honest I didn't even realize you could boil water in a plastic kettle so that was a surprise. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is that the title seems a bit misleading. As soon as the water boils, the kettle turns off and does not maintain a stable temperature. Judging by the name, I figured it would hold a constant temperature once heated. However, it is easy to clean, easy to use, fast results. I recommend it :-)
