Before ordering 50 mg I read a lot of literature on the subject. It seemed most people were taking more than they needed to. I started with half a capsule (25mg) mixed with some juice in the morning and evening. At first I had a little discomfort in the gastrointestinal tract, but it went away within a week. I increased to 25 mg four times a day for about two months. I've read that after a while you don't need to take as much, apparently it helps your body start producing serotonin (don't know how) but I still cut it down to 25mg AM and PM and still feel good, wonderful! Much less fear and more energy and optimism. I love this stuff and especially the fact that unlike all the pharmaceutical anti-anxiety/depression medications I've taken in the past, it doesn't have any side effects.
