Review on PinPoint Document Management by Will Rahman

The ease at which I can upload documents makes this program very useful for my day-to-day work flow as well as long term storage purposes! There are some glitches here or there that need improvement but overall it's been great so far!! It doesn't have an option where you could create folders within one file like other programs do (eBay). However once again when uploading files from another source such as WordPerfect they would not show up in pinpoint unless manually created by me first before adding them into their library list - therefore creating unnecessary time delays between tasks/workflows etc.. I like that you can have different views for each department within one document. The software also allows me to email documents directly from my computer or phone so it's easy when traveling! There are some bugs but they're working hard at fixing them as fast as possible! If this works well enough we will be using it more often than not in our office. We use pinpoint mainly because it makes sending out emails easier since there isn't much paper work involved anymore.
