Very helpful and user friendly tool, especially if your business has alot more than 10 clients

I like that this software is easy for my staff member who are not computer savvy at all as well of being able to make changes easily when needed without relying too much in one person's brain power alone (which can be difficult with some employees). Sometimes it gets glitchy but we have been using now since almost 3 years so maybe thats normal? No dislike here! Just use what you need most which will help get things done faster while also tracking customer data very efficiently through our accounts system- its great!!

Pros

Its fast, simple yet effective wayto keep track or customers' feedbacks/complaintsof their orders from us directly into an excel spreadsheet format insteadof having them take notes down by handand then manually inputtingit later onto Excel sheets makes life easierfor everyone involvedas far i am concerned.:) :)
