There isn't much that I dislike about it but sometimes there can be lag time between updates. I love that, as long they don't let dogs off leash in their facility while being supervised by people with pets can cause problems for my kitties if one has to go near them to get something or the litterbox needs cleaning (and sometimes both). This software has saved us so much time! If a client is late we can easily email them to see what is going on with their pet. There is also an option to call the client if needed. I also love that we can have a list of who is available and unavailable to take care of each pet. The only downside is that we have to pay per month to use the software. This tool allows you to automate most of your tasks such as booking new clients, scheduling appointments, billing and payment, follow ups and invoicing. I love how easy it is to use!
