Didn't work for me Printer Ink and Toner

Everyone else seems to really like it but when I tried to refill the tanks on my Canon G7020 only a little ink came out - I didn't fill the tanks ( tried on all 3 colors, not black). I waited and waited. I think I need official Canon inks.
