Nothing! It's great that it can also be used for maintenance logs which is super helpful when scheduling work orders with our customers as well - but otherwise I see nothing positive in this product so far (except maybe its price!). The software helps us organize many things such as Service History Reports that are quite useful at times like now where we're preparing invoices or submitting them online via Salesforce etc.-and they will only grow over time with more features added/removed by Fleetmate itself. We like that we can keep track of our truck's maintenance through Fleetmate. I wish there was an option for more frequent checks/maintenance as opposed to monthly or yearly. Also, it would be great if we could set up reminders for when we scheduled truck repairs, etc. The fact is that this product keeps us accountable. It definitely has given rise in accountability among employees and customers alike.
