Miscibility: As with all other clear whey proteins, it takes a minute to froth. I feel that some of the comments were a bit dramatic in their descriptions, but I understand that was their experience. I usually do this, leave it in the fridge while I prep the food, and when I'm done, it's done. Taste: Like others, I taste Cherry Farmer's Jolly. IMHO it's not too sweet or bitter, but the flavor is just right. It's also not as heavy as regular protein or even other brands. Conclusion: I tried Isopure and Dymatize Clear Serum and both were just as good. However, I will most likely stick with this brand as it offers 2 grams more protein per serving and is more reasonably priced than the other two. Everything is delicious but this is my choice.
