My 9 year old granddaughter LOVES how her new yo-yo works! I bought it for her birthday to replace another popular brand that never seemed to work properly. It really seems to have "heads" and is great for beginners. When her yo-yo arrived I opened it up to make sure everything was in order. The only thing I noticed was that there was only 1 spare string in the box. I contacted Yomega through Revain and was blown away by their customer service. They replied immediately and said they would send an extra line. When the string arrived I was so surprised to find FIVE strings and they were all different COLORS! Needless to say I was impressed and my granddaughter was delighted with her new colored yarn! Keep it up Yomega! We are fans for life!
