Review on CableCreation 4 Conductor Microphone Cable with Auxiliary Compatibility by Rob Johnson
You may or may not get a good quality cable.
Initially the cable worked as described and looked very well made. My son uses it to connect his Xbox One headphones to the controller. Unfortunately, after only two months, no sound can be heard through one of the speakers. Temporarily moving the cable fixes this, leading me to believe there is a short somewhere in the cable. Gave it three stars for cost and looks, but durability isn't the best.
