I've had this tripod for a few months now and to be honest I really like it. The phone holder is spring-loaded, the spring fits snugly, firmly and doesn't let go, also thanks to the rubber inserts in the latches. The Osmo also sits firmly on its mount, it has a silicone rubber liner that prevents the camera from moving ANYWHERE. It really takes a gentle hand to pull him out of his grasp, but this is great news for me. I'd rather take the time to gently pull the Osmo out than worry about it falling out of my hands. You can also adjust the distance from the osmo grip to the phone clip, love that feature. And finally tripod legs. I've bought tripods like this before and they lose their "rigidity" after a while, but luckily on this tripod the stiffness can be adjusted with an Allen key. I can make my legs loose or tight as I want. I also like that I can remove the tripod from the phone/camera mount to place my phone and camera on a different tripod. All in all this is a great quality product. I recommend it!
