My aunt is a card collector, and I found these cards when looking for Christmas gifts for her. We also collect cards, so we bought ourselves a pack as well. Buying card decks based on only pictures can be hit and miss, but I like these cards. We bought the gold and silver decks in addition to this one. I gave those 5 stars, but this one a 4. This review is for the black deck. It was the metallic look that attracted us. I like the metallic look and they feel like a good quality card, but it gets lost in the black-black. They are a bit slippery so it can be easy sometimes to lose then deck when shuffling or looking through them. The whole card is black metallic, even the numbers/suits. This makes it REALLY hard to see the numbers/suits on the card. Perhaps if the fronts were a lighter black or the numbers/suits were colored, or a lighter black or a gray. As they are, it is nice to have in a collection, but not very easy to play with. The pictures on the site are misleading as they must have used bright lighting. I took my photos in my well lit sunny kitchen and then laid them out next to the gold and silver ones. There is a big difference. My aunt is older, so she can't play with these as she can barely see the fronts. Oh well.nice idea though!
