2 year update!.AWESOME customer service!

After 2 summers of Florida intense sun and heat the cover has been showing some wear. About a week ago we arrived home after some rain and stormy weather to find the cover with some rips and tears I couldn't duct tape together. The cover has a 3 year warranty and I am at a little over 2 years.I figured the company would pro rate something so I cave ADCO a call, really not expecting much. They asked for a couple photos and copy of amazon receipt, which I sent them.IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS they approved my claim and are sending me a new cover .all I pay is shipping! that's amazingly IMPRESSIVE !.If they sold T shirts I would buy and were 2 of them!below is my original review.Being an old guy i was a little concerned about putting this cover on my 24 foot class C. it really only took about 20 minutes (thanks to watching several Utube videos it was a pretty easy process. .It came off in only 10 minutes. We just put it back on here in the Florida heat ,and it was all done in about 10 minutes. The quality of the cover really impresses me and we will see hope it holds up in the Florida sun, with a 3 year warranty, i am really only expect 2 good years.Being an amazon warehouse deal i only paid about $246. HECK, i would pay that for ONE MONTH covered storage locally.I could not be more satisfied.Almost forgot to mention! it fits my 24 footer PERFECTLY. Fortunately i read here on amazon that they run a little big so i went with the slightly smaller size.
