size up; Shrinks when washed
Runs larger. My husband is 175 pounds and 6 feet and usually wears medium sized clothes. I ordered a large based on a previous review and I'm glad I did because it shrunk after washing and now it fits him perfectly. The shorts are longer than most pajamas, falling just below his knees. Very soft.
