Bought for a garden to scare away animals.
The cane is shorter than I expected and the quality wasn't nearly as good as the pair I bought at Walmart for $1. I put 6 in the garden, a few spin well, the rest not so much. I wouldn't buy them if they're going to be in the garden. Maybe for kids to play, maybe it's ok, not sure.
