Replaced the original starter motor in my Pontiac G6. This one seemed to work fine for about 4 months and then one day it started making intermittent sharp clicks on startup. Over the next few weeks, the noise only intensified. Now the starter will kill the battery and all the electronics in the car will die completely. Get what you pay for and it was cheap.
