Very easy to use. I vacuumed my hardwood floors and then mopped twice. I used a microfiber towel on the Swiffer's head to apply Pro Shot to the floor. I just sprayed it next to me and did a 10-12 foot smudge at a time. It left some streaks, but that's because I used the wrong applicator. Others complained about scratches, but I had them. The scratch was my fault too, and what would have happened would have scratched every surface! Anyone who complains about scratches simply doesn't know how to care for their floors in general.
