I like that it allows me to create my own templates, which is great because this way we can save time by not having to make new ones everytime there are changes or additions made in our current template.
It also helps us keep track of all quotations as well since they're organized into tabs instead of individual quotes themselves. Sometimes when you have multiple people editing one quotation at once, sometimes things get mixed up so be sure to check everything before submitting your final version! This software has helped streamline our quoting process (which was very cumbersome) while helping organize everyone who works with our customers' files.
