It's easy to use, user friendly and has helped us with our daily operations. The reporting features are great! I would like more options to format reports as well as being able to customize them even further. We have been able to streamline some processes in order to make it easier for employees to do their jobs. There was one time we had an issue where something didn't work how I expected so I called support and they were very helpful. I like the fact that it is easy to use and the customer support is excellent. It has all the tools I need for all my insurance needs. I dislike that it is expensive. I don't like the fact that you can't just use the basic version. You have to pay a fee for each additional feature. I wish it was a little cheaper. Keep using it. I am able to use the software from anywhere. I am able to keep track of everything and I am able to access it on the go. It is easy to use and I am able to access it on the go.
