Great tool - especially if your business deals primarily online

It's easy to use, user friendly and has helped us with our daily operations. The reporting features are great! I would like more options to format reports as well as being able to customize them even further. We have been able to streamline some processes in order to make it easier for employees to do their jobs. There was one time we had an issue where something didn't work how I expected so I called support and they were very helpful. I like the fact that it is easy to use and the customer…

A great tool for documenting employees and teams

I like that it's very easy to use, has an intuitive interface which makes creating new guides simple. It also allows you to create multiple versions of your guide so if there are changes needed after publishing then no problem! Nothing too much as far as dislike goes but maybe some more tutorials would be nice, perhaps even video courses or something similar? The ability to have all of your documents in one place, rather than multiple copies saved in various files, really helps with administrative tasks. I’ve been able to use it without technical assistance which helped since I am not tech savvy. It was easy to navigate and everything was organized well into folders and subfolders. It also makes creating new pages very easy as you can simply drag and drop items directly from your computer or email to an existing page. All of my documents are now…

Great solution for managing internal content creation

We've been using this product since 2011 to manage our insurance claims process, document policy changes/clarifications & new business development processes with ease! I dislike that there's no ability to add custom field types in order edit fields (eg : Date), but it has given us full control over who can make edits within an account as well how they do so once inside of their own area or "room". The only thing we're currently looking at adding are some additional forms which will be used…

It's easy to use, it has many features that are very helpful in streamlining our business processes. The customer service can sometimes be slow but they do get back with you quickly when there was an issue or question! I have no complaints at all about this product.
