The ability to have all of your documents in one place, rather than multiple copies saved in various files, really helps with administrative tasks. I’ve been able to use it without technical assistance which helped since I am not tech savvy. It was easy to navigate and everything was organized well into folders and subfolders. It also makes creating new pages very easy as you can simply drag and drop items directly from your computer or email to an existing page. All of my documents are now centralized on one website making them more accessible to new employees. We were having issues keeping the information updated. This has improved the overall accuracy of our policies. The interface is easy to navigate, and all of the features are intuitively laid out in an organized manner so that you can get right down to business without much confusion or wasted time. I like how they have several different ways to add new pages/features into your policy guides (such as adding forms). It's not too expensive either! We've been able to create many more policies with this product than we did before.
