So the reason you get a plate like this is for the looks - you want a smooth clean frame around your plate. Well, my UT plate doesn't fit. It was VERY difficult to fit into the frame and when I did, the frame was sticking out on both sides no matter what you do. (And yes, that silver stripe can be seen from afar on my black bumper!) And now that it's in the frame, it's IMPOSSIBLE to remove the panel without cutting the frame off it, so I can't even go back to it. I thought it would be easy, but now I don't have $14 left and I'm going to buy a new frame. I don't know if different states have different size plates, but if you have UT plates I wouldn't recommend this frame. If it fits, it's not a bad frame, so 2 stars for that. Much luck!
