The filters work great in our 12 year old Carrier air conditioner. I trust our 6 month maintenance schedule and these filters because we haven't had any issues. Such an old HVAC usually starts to have problems or needs to be replaced. We are very fortunate to have learned in the military to take care of your HVAC service every 6 months and use good filters. These filters are recommended by our HV/AC company as the latest and greatest. We have allergies and need to change every 6 months. They're also cheaper at Revain than anywhere else we've looked. You are worth every penny.,
