The best thing about this software is its ability for marketing team members (customer success teams) to have access to all information necessary in order to make great recommendations regarding content planning, media placement, etc. I wish it was available across more platforms than just desktop/mobile web - we're still missing out! It would be very helpful if you could create custom channels with your own logos instead of having to use these generic ones provided by the service.- Need better reporting features around ROI so data can be shared easily among stakeholders from various departments within our organization. We've found some ways around things but it's not always easy at times since there are many moving parts involved when trying to solve problems. Content creation has been streamlined as well which makes life easier for salespeople who aren't necessarily familiar or comfortable creating content themselves.
