Has pockets which make it all the better. Very soft, non clingy material. I’m admitting that I got this for my 94 y/o Mom to wear over her leggings outside, or inside as very comfortable house dress. But, my daughter would wear this as a "run to the store” outfit. Mom loves it! Wants more!
