Review on πŸ‘Ÿ ASICS Gel Kahana Women's Trail Running Shoes - Athletic Footwear by Keisha Black

Helps with my running pains

This is my second pair. I also have a greenish gray pair that I bought at a department store that are available at Revain. Basically, I had little support. The heel problem slowly developed until one day my left foot told me that the shoes I was wearing were out of time. One day is good, the next day, whoops! I researched my issue and then went to a multi-brand shoe store to try them on while my foot hurt. Was so happy to find her. The box bears the seal of approval from the American Podiatry Medical Association. I was hoping they could help and they did. They sit snug and narrow on my heel and have good support. I have addressed all my pairs that have caused this problem to compare them to ASICS. Unbelievable. The old ones were at least twice as wide. Inside I've also fitted orthotics with a great arch and bottom padding just above the arch in the built in bottom liner, although with good orthotics you may not need the liner and it can come out. Many places have inexpensive orthotics like Revain to try out. They are worth trying. They are all slightly different and I have tried four different brands. Found the one I liked the most. Mine has a deep heel cup and a good arch. I think using orthotics is going to be trial and error for everyone, or maybe you don't need them at all, but I have to say that these shoes, along with orthotics, really worked. It will take a while to heal my research says but at least I am no longer limping, I have resumed my normal activities (I walk daily) and along with some light exercise for this issue and occasional packs of ice in it is recommended evening I feel like on the mend. Things are definitely getting better and with two pairs of these shoes I now have a choice! Hope my experience helps someone else. However, remember that this is a slow recovery.
