Nice little paring knife. German steel, well balanced and sharp. Fits comfortably in the hand thanks to the ergonomic handle. I've been a chef for over ten years and this is the best you can get in this price range.**** PLEASE DO NOT put your knives in the dishwasher or leave them in standing water. PROTECT THE BLADE.**** A small PPE to protect your investment. Not only can this knife be sharpened as needed, but it will last forever. If you treat it right. Highly recommended, great find!
