I have compared this Covercraft sunshade to Weathertech and there is no comparison in quality. This sunshade has a weight and thickness that Weathertech just can't match. It also looks very nice and clean on the outside and inside, if that's important to you too. My only concern is the felt lining and piping of the Covercraft case. It just doesn't feel like it will stand the test of time and can show its age within a year of regular use. So far, the bottom edge of the screen is showing some signs of wear after half a year of regular use. The Weathertech is lighter and feels like it will last longer, but I found it a little fiddly to mount on the windshield unless you unrolled it all the way first. The Covercraft One unfolds like an accordion and its natural stiffness makes it easier to maintain even if you don't unfold it fully. Functionally, Covercraft and Weathertech curtains work in the same way. Get the Covercraft shade when you need a clear, high-quality, durable sunshade for your GLC. Get a Weathertech screen if you're looking for durability and versatility as you can fold it onto the black side if you want to keep warmth in the car in cold weather.
