This device looks nice but I had some problems with it. My desktop PC is connected to an OLED TV with a 30" HDMI cable. Connecting directly to my computer's HDMI port I had no problems for a year, but I needed that lonely HDMI port for something else, so I bought this adapter for my TV. With the adapter I still get 4K/60. and HDR on my LG OLED but the image looks a little dark at the bottom of the screen. It may be my imagination. What I can't imagine is the signal dropping for a second or two every now and then and I've never had this problem. up to the limit. However, I'm using a certified 18Gbps HDMI cable, which should work fine with an active adapter. I'm going to send this one back and try a different adapter.
