I love how easy it is to get started and how intuitive the interface is. It's also very simple to create multiple profiles and assign them to different team members, which makes managing all of our team members' emails much easier. We've made some changes over time as we have needed to scale up or down depending on the size of our hotel and the volume of guests staying at the property. There are some features that could be improved like making it easier to search through your emails by date rather than having to scroll through each message. The ability to send an email directly from within the app is a life saver! We've been able to keep up with our high volume of guests without needing additional help from employees outside the organization.
