My daughter is 3 years old soon to be 4. She is 42 pounds and over 3 feet tall. She likes the shoes, she has big feet and they have extra room to grow. The downside is the bottom of one of the heels popped out when my daughter stomped hard. But still usable. One of the stones fell out of the crown but I glued it back. The clip on the earrings has lost tension so they don't stay in the ears and slip off easily. In general, I bought this set mainly for dress shoes, which are plastic.
