I've had several pairs of these ice boots and have already checked them out. Overall I find they work well to improve traction on icy or snowy roads and pavements. They are also easy to put on and take off and are very comfortable. Their only major downside, in my opinion, is that they don't last very long. In my experience you can only use them for around 10-12 hours before the little yellow spikes detach and fall out of the gum matrix. Depending on how much slippery terrain you walk, you may need to replace them a few times during the winter season.
