If my experience is that the screws have to be something much softer than butter. My drill had the lowest torque, meaning I can stop the rotation with my fingers. BOTH screw heads popped out even when I was very careful, and twice as much for the second one. Both screws broke in the wall anchors which is another issue I need to solve. It is quite difficult to screw in normal metal, otherwise the product looks good. but I'm having a hard time figuring it out just because they used poor quality fasteners. in the complex.
