Good for emergency repairs until you can take the engine out and get it right. There are no instructions and the illustrations are misleading. After opening the package, you need to remove the two lock nuts and the O-ring. Then install the nuts with the o-ring underneath. I read reviews on other sites and it turns out they put an o-ring over the locknuts. Don't forget to put some oil on the threads for easier installation. I used two of these on 1 cylinder for a month as a quick fix. When other standard pipes began to leak, we removed the engine and replaced them all. However, they didn't leak after we installed them correctly.
