Fixes my sacroiliitis (lower back pain)

Where has that thing been the last few years? It looks so simple with no moving parts. How could it work? Doesn't that look like a foam roller? Well I believe! I've tried every remedy for sacroiliitis (lower back pain caused by arthritis where the tailbone meets the pelvis). The $200 inversion board that takes up the entire living room works best. While it works, it's a pain in the ass so I rarely take it out. I've tried all kinds of massagers and vibrators. Then came this simple plastic backplate from Jumpow. It won't take long to find the exact location to solve the problem. Stretch the last few vertebrae and the space between the tailbone and pelvis just right. Just as good as a $200 inversion board but without all the nonsense. And safer. I'm fairly flexible and athletic so I certainly have no problem throwing this on the floor and using it. But if I were older I would worry about getting off the floor. In my opinion it should not be used on a bed or sofa.

Pros
  • Back massagers
Cons
  • No job
