My expectations of this kitchen set were fully justified. When I opened the box I was thrilled to see the amazingly high quality pans that were heavy. I like the embroidery under the pots. They have scratches but I assume this happened after manufacture. I only use one of the 4 but I am happy with my purchase. I hope I'll justify my money and this set will serve me for many years. Update 3-8-2020: I finally used all the pots. However, when rice was cooked in a pan, they didn't stick to the pan, didn't burn, and the rice swam easily. After cooking seafood, small black spots appeared on the bottom of the pan. I tried scrubbing it off but the stains were still in 2 out of 4 pots. The food gets hot quickly, but it can burn the food if you leave it. So these pots are not non-stick coated. I will contact the manufacturer.
