To purchase a Samsung s7, the devil pulled. The charger's connector dangles (at the store and during service, they said that this is standard?). It shut off on its own the following day and for the following four days (at the store and during service, they said, "What do you want, it's a small "computer," is that normal?). What I desire? I want the phone, which costs $50,000, to just function without any hang-ups or unexpected shut-offs. I seem not to want much, do I not? It appears that I purchased a Chinese slag rather than a "flagship" product. I was "generously" offered a new phone to be repaired as a result. The generosity of Samsung knows no bounds! I'm astounded. Result: I've sent the claim and am awaiting a reply. Money returned without question, even if you have to go to court. I haven't witnessed such attitude in a while. Take care of your nerves, time, and money, people! This advice goes out to all iPhone owners who are considering switching to Samsung! Samsung garbage! tech support
