Review on Link Retail by Ray Sheptock

I have been able to see what my customers are doing while at my location using this software! It's helped me understand where people tend to go during certain times or days so it helps with scheduling when best to open/close stores. The customer support has also always been helpful! There really isn't anything I dislike about them as far as how friendly & knowledgeable they've all seemed to be!! Keep your eyes out for upcoming new features but we haven’t found any issues yet! We started seeing benefits within 2 weeks once training was complete - more traffic coming into our locations (which translates to higher revenue), better understanding which areas need attention throughout each day etc.
