We've had this collar for a little over a month. We only buckle him up when he goes at night and take him off as soon as he arrives, but he comes out three or four times a night. Every time he goes he takes his time to explore everything before entering so I would say at least an hour every night. I confess I was a little nervous the first few times I tied his chain to that little metal loop. It looked a lot thicker in the photo and my dog is almost 200lbs but it is holding up with no sign of tearing.
