Very useful and user friendly product to create documents from emails
It's so easy for me as my job title doesn't even require writing code! I love that it syncs with both Outlook/Excel data seamlessly (if you use those programs). The interface isn’t super intuitive at first but after using some of their training videos or guides they are very helpful in showing how things work once familiarized yourself with them :) No issues yet just wish there was more information available about what features were coming down soon - like adding columns etc., otherwise this has been great!!
Pros
- It's easy to use, great interface, and it syncs well with other programs I use
Cons
- It's not the most intuitive in the beginning, and I had issues initially with getting it to sync up with my Outlook contacts list (but it was a minor glitch and was resolved very quickly)
