The way a sleep mask fits you specifically is one of the most important factors. This mask is very well made and very nice in every way except for one, for me. The cutout for the nose is not high enough. In order for this mask to be most effective, you need to pull it down far enough to block out all the light. When I do that, the top portion of the nose cut out pushes on the top of my nose and decreases some of the air flow when breathing. There are other masks that I have discovered that have a higher cut out so the mask sits perfectly on my face and does not impede breathing. I would highly recommend this mask due to its quality and comfort. If you find that you have the same issue that I had, I would simply return it and look for another one.
