Item looked exactly like the picture. It was wrapped in plastic and folded neatly. However, when I opened the ottoman cover to stuff it, the inside was covered in (I think) dried mud! I'm disgusted and embarrassed because I don't really know what that thing is, but it's definitely not clean. I don't even know if it can be washed because the material is delicate. I also don't know if this material is toxic. Just awful. ***UPDATE*** Well I washed it because I didn't know how else to remove the gross stuff (on the gentle cycle with wool) and hung it to dry. It removed the "dirt" but there was this sticky substance in several places that I had to wipe to remove and the stitching was coming undone in several places. Very disappointed.
